Ed Ligon, Associate

Ed Ligon teamed up with Sinclair Associates in 2008.

Ed is a 1970 graduate of the United States Naval Academy. He served in the Navy as a carrier aviator aboard the USS ORISKANY and as an instructor pilot in the advanced jet squadron at Kingsville, TX. After the service, Ed worked with Ford Motor Company and the Michelin Tire Corporation in positions that included plant manager and HR director of an international Michelin corporation.

After leaving Michelin, Ed worked with Chesapeake Consulting where he provided training and consulting services in Theory of Constraints, Lean Manufacturing and Leadership Development. Ed has taught and led teams implementing these principles in numerous complex manufacturing, entrepreneurial, service and not-for-profit organizations.
